The key element

armies proximity to the region:

People are fleeing creating refugees.

This time any dictator that tries to prevent supplies

the people will have to defy the Army.
My guess is
the Red Cross will need the supplies
While the
Army does its' thing, whatever that turns out to be.
In the meantime
there is an epidemic of hate generated.
To turn this
hate around is a long road but one we must go down.
We need to
deal with the situation

real.
We do
not have the capacity to realise how the screen

real life.
But the
President will put on a ten gallon hat betcha.
I don't think we should
antagonise people
who don't care whether
they die or not...
unless they are not
contained on a movie lot.
