Each country will be responsible to supply home grown goods to the value of their share, 
thus stimulating production... and/or choose credits to exchange with other countries.

Our government invoices and buys our product wholesale 
From the money they raise from us.
Repeat this across all nations across the planet 
And flour and rice, medicines and clean water 
Will transform the world.

But that final step is yet to be achieved 
- actually getting it to the people - 
Since some governments withhold the relief we send now.

But this deal has many incentives
The rules have changed
And there is more at stake.
 

And to top it off, think of it as an act of humanity, 
and we save ourselves a raging war. 
 

Oh yeh,
The plan is to help with food and supplies
Which should make the general joe public pretty happy.
Should rub off on the terrorists.
This will require a lot of self policing within each country, 
But the $ incentive is there
And self autonmy is absolutely necessary.
Pay check at the end of the week.
And all are happy 'cause it's as good as tax deductable.

Terrorists who want asylum can give up their weapons.

Special anti-terrorist forces to be setup
Will have total access and support to and from all countries that sign up.
And in this climate we should get a perfect score or have target practise.

And by creating this contract simultaneously now
Whilst looking for the terrorist
Creates a vastly different atmosphere 
This will only go to help relations and provides a two-prong attack... 
which is more than one.

Let's face it, call me a dreamer (your a dreamer) but it could hardly be worse.

I reck'n America and the World should rethink the situation.
Instead of sending bombs, send aid and supplies 
Create an allowance of goods shipped directly to the people
Tithe 5% Multinational $'s 
Welcome Islam to share in the West's good fortune.

History tells us we all have turns being on top
And our future generations will be appreciative of our goodwill.

The American government IS allocating emergency money 
Plowing Billions back into local business 
Desperate to prop and kick start their already stressed economy.

What I'm suggesting is to divert some of their emergency funds 
to do some goodwill... but it's much more than that.

And this includes all governments really, 
and the multinationals of the world, you and I .

We have the chance to grasp this unique ONE WORLD coalition. 
Because we all NOW share a common cause
We are all in this together.

Now the President IS gathering the world together to fight terrorism.

Israel and Palestine ARE making the effort.

Let's not blow it with a irresponsible revengeful response.

Picture the world as a boat
And we are all on the same Titanic type boat, 
Eventually  the people on the lowest deck (and below the sea line) want to come up for air. 
Swap places and spend some quality time on the sun deck.
"What, not in this lifetime ?"
If life means staying damp and wet with no sun... life isn't life.
And when rocking the boat is about the only way to really get the Captains attention... everyone might as well get wet and nobody has a good time.

Do we have to save the drowning to save ourselves?

Because if we don't,  they'll pull us under with them !

One might ask whom is the real devil here.

It will require an announcement from the President saying something like : his attitude has come around to realizing that a thousand wars won't solve the problem and instead of sending guns we are sending supplies.
